No. This is not a placement, recruitment or referral service. The session can improve your direction and decision-making, but it does not guarantee employment.
Will my resume or LinkedIn profile be rewritten?
No. Strategic feedback may be discussed where relevant, but writing, editing or redesigning your documents is not included.
Can I send follow-up questions after the call?
The session does not include ongoing one-to-one chat, email or WhatsApp support. Please use the call to cover your priority questions.
Is this suitable for HR freshers?
It can be, but only when you have a specific decision or obstacle requiring personalised guidance. If you primarily need foundational HR knowledge, the HR Foundation Course may be more useful.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Selecting a slot without completing payment does not create a confirmed appointment.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule your call with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. No cancellations or refunds will be provided once the call has been completed. If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
